The Introductory to Scents Course guides each student past the not-so-fun research phase. With rigorous training, analytical content, and support from a professional, this course helps each student understand and identify their ‘WHY’ in the market. The certificate program provides excellent exposure to the secrets of the perfume industry and a well-rounded introduction to the art of scents. If you are ready to start your fragrance business then this is the course for you. Learn how to gain knowledge on how to start a fragrance business of your own with little to no experience.

The official first day of class is Thursday, February 29th, the latest to enroll in this course is Thursday, March 7th. With that being said although we are accepting late enrollments, late attendees must keep up with the instructor and classmates each week in order to pass the program.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How long is the program?

This is a 4-week long program. Each week there are 2 new chapters to read and analyze.

Is this course virtual?

Yes, this class is 100% virtual. And can be done 100% at your own pace. Each week students are given new chapters to read and analyze. We work at a decent pace giving students the opportunity to catch up, we understand that everyone has their own lives and responsibilities. Whether you’re a student that operates best at 4 am or 4 pm, the chapters are available at your discretion to review. This also gives the students and instructor a chance to communicate if any extra help is needed. We offer full-on support!

Is this a credited course?

Unfortunately, this isn’t a credited course however, after the completion of the course, a certificate of completion is given to students.

Are you accepting international students?

Unfortunately, at the moment we are not accepting international students. Due to COVID-19 we have been experiencing issues shipping overseas, and this course requires us to ship products. Hopefully, international students can join the course in the near future.

Can I still access the material after the course is over?

Yes, once the course is complete you will still have access to the material, all that’s needed on your part is to download the PDF materials.

When will the course end?

The course starts Thursday, February 29th and ends Thursday, March 28th.


How much time do I need to put aside to study?

This can vary upon the individual. On average each chapter can be completed in about 20 to 45 mins (sometimes less). This includes reading time, completing exercises, and or assignments.

What if I fail a quiz? Does that mean I failed the course?

Failing a quiz does not necessarily mean you have failed the course. Our quizzes take up 35% of the course. What we care about is making sure that you’re learning and taking in all the information to help you be successful. Please note that this is an 8 week course that contains quizzes, activities and participation. You will be graded on each.

What is the cost of the course?

The original cost of the course is $249.99.

How many students are you accepting?

At the moment we can only accept 12-15 students. Small enough for each student to have enough support from the instructor.

What if I am unable to complete the course?

We understand that life happens, and if this happens after the 7-day refund policy we will offer the student credit, or the ability to access the next scheduled course.

How can I get access to the course?

To get access to the course you will need a gmail account, if you do not have one you can create one here. This course will take place on google classroom. If this is your first time using google classroom you can click here to view a short video for a beginner's guide to using google classroom. A week before class starts you will receive access to the classroom, if you haven't please reach out as you may have to be entered manually.

I am still having trouble getting access to the course on google classroom?

If you are still having trouble we will enter you manually onto the course. If you are still having issues you can click here to speak with a customer service representative.

REFUND POLICY:

We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on ‘signaturescentsbyhand.com’ can be refunded within 7 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with the course, you can request a refund.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information, please see below.

How to Request a Refund

You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team.

Bank & cash transfer purchases: certain bank and cash transfer methods are only eligible for credit refunds.

Refunds for Bundles Purchased Through Third Party

If you purchased the course through a third party vendor, unfortunately, we cannot process your refund. Since we did not process the original payment, we do not have the transaction on file, and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.

Reasons for Denied Refunds

While our 7-day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 14 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

If all course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected. Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
